International recruitment process

The worker whose application has been validated benefits from a so-called – Closed – work permit, which means, to work only for the same employer. This condition promotes and/or facilitates the retention of the employee, which is very advantageous in a context of labor shortage because the latter, once trained and well-integrated into the company, remains faithful and grateful to his employment for several years which requires a renewal of the work permit. In addition, we support you throughout the temporary immigration process and ensure that the steps and procedures can comply with the requirements of the Immigration Act. Therefore, Hiringways takes the following steps to complete the recruitment of the worker:

  1. Complete all temporary immigration procedures to obtain the closed work permit. It may take a few weeks before you receive government authorization and all the documents that will legitimize your presence on Canadian territory;
  2. Prepare the worker for his departure to Canada by informing him sufficiently about his rights and obligations as well as about the Laws, customs and way of life in Canada;
  3. The worker is taken care of, whether on departure and arrival at Montreal Trudeau airport, where an entire team welcomes him and drives him to his home by providing him with his first grocery store;
  4. We help the worker once arrived in Canada to complete all the administrative procedures of the government agencies to obtain his social insurance number and his health insurance card;
  5. Ensure regular monitoring during the first weeks to ensure that the worker has adapted well to his environment;
