Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Customer Service Manager in Mississauga, ON.
Key responsibilities
• Customer purchase order processing.
• Order entry, order acknowledgment, part set-up, pricing verifications.
• Ownership of customer accounts and communications via phone and email.
• To adapt and cover as a backup source for other accounts when necessary.
• Preparing of quotations and follow up.
• Entering requisitions.
• Customer complaint reporting and resolution.
• Maintenance of files.
• Other duties as assigned.
Key requirements
Work Experience
• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience minimum.
• Extrusion/Manufacturing Customer Service experience desirable.
Education
• Two-year business or related degree preferred, as well as previous telemarketing/customer contact and excellent computer skills.
Functional/Technical Knowledge
• Working knowledge of AS400 an asset Team player.
• Organized/self-starter/detail oriented is a must.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Telephone and email proficient.
• Adaptable to change.
• Strong math skills.
Other
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Fluency in English, any other languages a plus.
